The Activity Transactions report lists invoice processing activity in eBillingHub during a specified date range. The report shows the latest status change in that time period, which may not be the current status if the invoice underwent additional processing after the report's end date.
To illustrate this possible status discrepancy, let's say you submit an invoice in May and it's rejected by the eBilling vendor. You then make corrections, resubmit the invoice in June and see that it's accepted. When you run the Activity Transactions report for May, this invoice's Transaction Status shows "rejected" but its Current Status is "ebilled." Run this same report for June and the Transaction Status and Current Status are both "ebilled."

The unique number that identifies a client. |
Client Name |
The name of the client associated with the invoice. |
Vendor |
The vendor that received the invoice. |
User Name |
The eBillingHub user who submitted the invoice. |
