Alternate Logon Credentials for an eBilling Vendor
It is possible to have eBillingHub use different sets of logon credentials
for an eBilling Vendor. If you only use one set of credentials, you only
need to set up the default configuration of logon credentials. eBillingHub
will use the default unless otherwise specified.
When you set up an alternate configuration, you specify a code or tag
of your choice that you will use for the configuration. This might be
an office name or a client name. To tell eBillingHub to use this alternate
configuration of logon credentials, put the same code in a matter level
user defined field (UDF). In Map Client Extended Fields, map the Extended
Field ConfigurationTag to this UDF. If the value in the UDF matches the
tag that's specified on eBilling Vendor Connectivity, eBillingHub will
use these logon credentials when logging on to submit the invoice.
Create
a New Configuration for Alternate Logon Credentials
To create an alternate configuration of logon credentials:

- Click *Add
New* from the Please select
the configuration you wish to edit drop-down list. The Please Enter a Code for the New Configuration
window displays.

- In the New Code field, type the code or
tag that you will use to identify this configuration of logon credentials
and click OK. It might be
an office name or a client name. This code should be populated in
the matter level UDF for the matters that will use this alternate
logon. This UDF is mapped to the eBillingHub extended field called
ConfigurationTag.
- Enter the logon information and click Save. For DataCert, you will need
to follow the steps at the bottom of the page to upload a certificate
for this configuration.
