Billing Progress

The Billing Progress dashboard displays how successful eBilling has been over a specific time period in terms of accepted (ebilled) invoices in a graph.

Use the Billing Progress dashboard to determine:

The percentage of invoices in an accepted state (invoices with an ebilled, payment sent, in review, approved or reduced status.)
The percentage of invoices in a pending state (invoices with a rejected, appealed or more info required status and those not yet uploaded to a client or ebilling vendor.)
Total number of billed and non-billed invoices.
Total monetary amount of billed and non-billed invoices.

Double-click on a client's bar to display details about the percentage of accepted and pending invoices.

Field Definitions

Column	Description
Invoice	The invoice number from the firm's Time and Billing system.
Date	The date the invoice was processed through eBillingHub for the first time.
Matter ID	The matter number in the firm's Time and Billing system associated with the invoice.
Matter Name	The name of the matter in the firm's Time and Billing system.
Type
Status	The current status of the invoice in eBillingHub.
Amount	The total amount of all fees, expenses, taxes and adjustments for the invoice.
