Change the Password Expiration

eBillingHub administrators have the ability to configure the number of days until a password expires. The value entered will control when the password expiration notification emails will be sent.

To change the password expiration date:

1. From the Configuration menu, select Configure eBilling Vendor Connectivity.
2. Click the appropriate vendor link. The following window displays:

3. In the Password Expiration Number of Days field, type the number of days in which the password will expire.
4. Click Save.
