IT Infrastructure - System-Wide Requirements

The following IT Infrastructure items may require changes for eBillingHub use. See the eBillingHub Technical Configuration Manual for more details.

1. Group Policy should allow ActiveX permissions for the Trusted sites zone.
2. Spam email filtering should allow emails from igdsystems.com and ebillinghub.com.
3. Proxy server settings should allow communication with eBillingHub.com.
4. Create a shared folder for saving invoices generated by eBillingHub to which all eBillingHub users can write.
