eBillingHub can be configured to adjust for rounding errors in line item calculations for rate * quantity + adjustment = line item total. In this case, the line item amount is recalculated using the rate * quantity. If the option is selected to keep the matter total, any difference between the sum of the line items and the matter total is shown as an invoice level adjustment for rounding.
