Step 2 - Review Validation Report

After the invoices are selected, eBillingHub validates invoices based on the Client's eBilling specifications. While eBillingHub is validating, you will see the following message. This step may take a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the number of invoices selected.

When the validation is complete, eBillingHub displays a validation report. The recipient and vendor for each invoice appear to the right of the invoice.

There is an additional Hold option if you have an option enabled in the Configure Billing Wizard options, which is to ‘Validate Timekeepers’. If this option is enabled, then you will see the option below:

This will hold all invoices other than the ones with only the Timekeeper rate validation warning and just push those ones through for submission.

When you are ready to submit the selected invoice to the eBilling vendors, click Submit at the top right of the window. A popup window will ask you to confirm the submission. If you click OK, all invoices that are not on hold will be submitted on the eBilling vendors. If you click OK, you will be returned to the validation report screen.
