Timekeeper Rates

This report correlates to the Validate Timekeeper setting that may or may not be enabled in your Billing Wizard settings. For those who use the Validate Timekeeper settin, eBillingHub keeps a library of TK rates submitted through the hub and displays a validation warning if a rate appears on an invoice that is higher than previously billed. This doesn’t approve the rates on the vendor site or change anything in your system, it keeps an active list for your reference.

There are various options to consider for Timekeeper rates:

• They can be uploaded into eBillingHub
• They can be approved one-by-one
• They can be ignored and eBillingHub will begin to build a library of approved rates after five invoices with that rate have been generated and at least one has been paid.

This report is used to help identify what timekeepers eBillingHub has listed as pending or approved. If pending, an acceptable rate has not been established or approved within eBilingHub. Once approved, there are no validation warnings for those particular timekeepers unless an invoice comes through with a rate higher than listed here. This report can be filtered to display pending timekeepers for a particular client or by new attorney.
