To view invoices that have been successfully uploaded, click the Invoices tab and select the desired view from the drop-down list labeled View. The default view is Law Firm Work Queue.
Legal eXchange only sends emails related to the invoice approval process when new invoices are created in the system. All other status information must be determined by logging on to Legal eXchange. To check on the status of uploaded invoices, log on to Legal eXchange, and go to the Log tab. Select the view for All Files, and look for the eBillingHub reference number in the file name. If there is a problem with the invoice, you can click on the icon in the Alerts column for more information.
