View Email History

The email history is a list of the users to whom an email was sent, the date and time it was sent, and the reason it was sent. To view the email history, click in the results list next to the email you want to view. The email history appears in a new window.

Click the printer icon at top right to print this window.
Click the red X at top right to close the window.

The reason sent will be one of the following:

Reason Sent	Definition
Blanket Email	This email was not profiled, and was sent to these users because their User Profile options are set to receive blanket emails.
Hand Manually	This email was manually forwarded to the user from the profiling module. For more information, see Forward an Email.
Related to Invoice	This email was profiled and forwarded to the user because they submitted the invoice.
User Wants All	This email was forwarded to the user because their User Profile options are set to receive all emails.
