Correct Validation Errors

The rules that eBillingHub uses for validating invoices prior to submission are determined by the template that was set up for that client and eBilling vendor and based on the client's and eBilling vendor's requirements.

In most cases, the validation report will give you the information that you need to go back into your Time & Billing system and correct the problem.

If you would like to continue submitting the other invoices in the batch that do not have errors, you can put the invoices with errors on hold and continue to submit the batch. For more information, see Put an Invoice on Hold. You can use the Billing Wizard or Quick Invoice to resubmit and revalidate the invoices.

Raw Data

Anytime you have an invoice error (for example if the totals are incorrect) or a system error asking you to contact Customer Support, you may be asked to submit Raw Data. Raw Data will allow our Support Team to further investigate the issue by having access to gather necessary table and column information from the Time & Billing System to recreate the scenario in order to find a resolution.

To submit raw data:

  1. Log on to eBillingHub.
  2. Navigate to Help > Customer Support.
  3. Type the invoice number and a short description of the problem.
  4. Type the Ticket ID in the Ticket Box field (53039).
  5. Submit the invoice.
