Can I get email notifications about the status of all the ebills for my company, not just the bills I submitted? |

Q: |
How does eBillingHub handle Bill No Print (BNP) entries? |

eBillingHub can be configured to include or exclude BNP entries. If BNP entries are included, they should either be zero, or offset each other to zero to avoid an invoice total that doesn't match the sum of the line items. |

Q: |
We enter client expense codes directly into the cost card, rather than using a mapping. Can eBillingHub handle this? |
A: |
Yes. eBillingHub can be configured to pull expense codes directly from a cost card or from a mapping. |

Q: |
How are timekeepers identified in eBillingHub? |
A: |
eBillingHub can be configured to use either the timekeeper initials or timekeeper ID. This needs to match what the eBilling vendor uses. |
|
|
Q: |
We don't enter a timekeeper for every expense. How does eBillingHub handle this? |
A: |
By default, eBillingHub reads from the database the timekeeper associated with the expense. You can override that by creating a UDF at the matter level and indicate what timekeeper you want to use. |
|
|
Q: |
Can I modify my electronic billing file manually? |
A: |
Billing files generated by eBillingHub should never be manually edited. This practice can cause that what you submit to the ebilling vendor is different from what you have in your accounting system. If there are errors or missing data, they should be fixed in the Time & Billing system and the bill resubmitted. If there are formatting errors, you should contact Customer Support to get the template fixed. |

|
Q: |
How do I know that all my invoices eligible for ebilling have been submitted? |
A: |
The Billing Wizard will present a list of eligible invoices for each client you select. There is also a Billing Progress Report to show how many eligible bills have been accepted by each client. For more information, see the Reports and Dashboards Manual. |
|
|
Q: |
Why do my invoices change to a Hold status after I submit them? |
A: |
Automatic submission is not supported for this ebilling and vendor and client. For more information, see Supported Clients for a list of supported clients, and look for a check marked in the Submit column. You can save the electronic billing file and manually upload it to the eBilling vendor site. You will then need to update the invoice status to ebilled or rejected. For more information, see Manually Upload ebills. |

I need to use different sets of expense codes for different clients. Can eBillingHub do this? |
