Map UTBMS Codes

The UTBMS Code Mapping indicates where eBillingHub will obtain Task and Activity Codes.

To set or change your UTBMS code map:

1. From the Main Menu, go to Configuration.
2. Click Configure eBillingHub.
3. Click the Configure System tab.
4. Click the Map UTBMS Codes link.

• The table on the left lists the codes that need to be extracted (activity, expense and task) and the location from where they will be obtained.
• The table on the right lists the locations from where eBillingHub can obtain the required codes.

Expense codes do not need to be mapped here, unless you are going to skip the Expense Code Mapping in eBillingHub and enter all expense codes directly in your system. Use the Configure the Billing Wizard setting to skip Expense Codes. To indicate from where to obtain a particular code, select a code (activity, expense or task) from the table on the left and click the appropriate location from the table on the right.
