PDF Invoices Overview

PDF Invoices allows you to deliver and track PDF invoices through eBillingHub.

By submitting PDF invoices via eBillingHub, you can:

• Centrally track all PDF invoices
• View and report on when PDF invoices have been received and opened
• Enhance security with password-protected invoices

To use this feature, you must first perform the following setups:

• Accept the PDF Invoicing Terms of Use
• Map client(s) from your Time and Billing System to the PDF Invoicing client in eBillingHub
• Configure PDF Invoicing Settings
