Understanding the eBillingHub Process

 

 

 

What is eBillingHub?

eBillingHub is an easy-to-use, web-based program for streamlining the entire eBilling process by seamlessly integrating with your firm's Time and Billing system and making it fully compatible with each of your client's eBilling vendors. This customized integration allows you to select, validate and submit your firm's invoices quickly and efficiently over a secure connection.

 

For each submitted invoice, eBillingHub automatically reads the vendor's email response, updates the invoice's status based on the email text, and then forwards the email to the appropriate eBillingHub users. Intelligent tracking tools let you know the status of every invoice at any point in time. And a robust reporting system helps you manage the entire eBilling process while gaging the effectiveness of your firm's eBilling efforts.
