Troubleshooting Other Rejection Errors

If an invoice is rejected because a certain value has exceeded a threshold, the real problem may be missing or invalid invoice data.  For more information, see Troubleshooting Missing or Invalid Invoice Data. If the data is being pulled from the time & billing system correctly, and the electronic billing file is being created correctly, the Time & Billing system data may need to be corrected to meet the client's requirements.
