Troubleshooting eBilling Vendor Connections
If eBillingHub is unable to log in to the eBilling vendor's site, this
typically means that the password you provided is either incorrect or
has expired. Try the following steps:
- Go to the vendor's website and try to log
in using the password you provided to eBillingHub.
- If you cannot log in, obtain a new
password from the vendor and continue with step 3.
- If you can log in successfully then
go to Configuration, Configure eBilling Vendor Connectivity.
- Click on the vendor's link.
- Enter the valid password for the Hub to
use and click Save.
- Resubmit the invoice. For more information,
