eBilling Setup on CT TyMetrix 360
The following steps must be completed on CT TyMetrix 360 to successfully
submit invoices through eBillingHub. The client may impose additional
requirements.
- The eBilling Vendor connectivity for CT
Tymetrix 360 must be correctly set up with a valid password. For more
information, see Configure
eBilling Vendor Connectivity.
- The Network Billing Name should be the same
as the Network name. This is the default, but if it has been changed,
it will need to be changed back to the default.
- The ClientMatterId on the invoice must match
the Matter ID in Tymetrix, and the matter must be assigned to the
firm.
- The timekeeper must be entered in Tymetrix
360, and the ID must match the ID in your system.
- The timekeeper role in Tymetrix 360 must
match the timekeeper's role in the invoice.
- The rate in the invoice cannot exceed the
rate entered in Tymetrix 360 for the timekeeper and role.
- To receive email alerts, add the invoice
event for the Alert Subscriptions. For more information, see Set
Alert Subscriptions in TyMetrix 360.
Set Alert Subscriptions
in TyMetrix 360
Tymetrix 360 will automatically send the results of the Initial Testing
Process for new invoices. To receive notifications for other events, you
need to set up an Alert Subscription.
- Log on to TyMetrix 360 at the eBillingHub
user.
- In the toolbar on the left, select My Profile, and click
.
- Check the box in the Immediate Delivery
column next to the following events, and any others desired. Leave
the events that are already checked as is.
- Invoice related Documents Updated
- Invoice Reviewer Changed
- Matter Invoice Status Changed
- Click Save
at lower right to save the changes.
