Invoice Testing Procedure

Users can use the following procedure to test the format and contents of invoices before they are sent to a client. This is recommended if you are billing a new client or implementing a new billing requirement, such as a new type of adjustment.

  1. Select the client and invoices in the Billing Wizard or Quick Invoice.
  2. In the validation step, select the Hold box to put the invoices on hold.
  3. Submit the invoices, and click OK to confirm.
  4. View the invoice on the Active Invoices page.
