The Profiling module can be used as an exception list for unprofiled emails. By default, the email search will show only unprofiled emails. Emails will remain in this default search result until they are either Profiled or Acknowledged and Ignored. Unprofiled emails should be reviewed regularly, profiled and forwarded to the relevant staff. For more information, see the following:
