Synchronize Invoices
Clients that do not have active invoices pending for submission to an
ebilling vendor can be removed from the Client List in the Billing Wizard.
This cleanup function is accomplished by synchronizing active invoice
information between your Time and Billing system and eBillingHub.
To synchronize active invoices:
- In the Billing Wizard Step
1 or
Step 2 window, click
. A message displays
asking if you would like to continue.
- Click OK
to perform the synchronization. When it completes, the Billing Wizard
window automatically refreshes with the updated client list.
