Before Contacting Customer Support

 

Try to resolve your problem by using this Help system or reading the eBillingHub online documents.

 

Please have the following information ready when you contact Customer Support:

·         The exact wording of any error exception messages you may have received

·         What you were doing when the error occurred

·         How you tried to solve the problem

 

How to Contact Customer Support

 

To contact Customer Support, follow these steps:

 

1.      Select Customer Support from the Help Menu.

2.      Select Click here to contact Customer Support.

3.      Select the desired contact method:

 

 

Selecting the email link activates your default email program with eBillingHub's email address prepopulated. Please include contact information with your message and a detailed description of the problem. If possible,  include screen shots of any error messages and explain what you were attempting to do at the time of the error or problem.

 

 

Selecting the Support Center link activates a dialog box for you to enter your Support Center User Id and password. If you do not yet have a login, use the email link to request one. Once you log in, select the Submit a ticket link to report the error or problem.

 

 

Contact the Support Center using the listed phone number. The Support Center will ask for the ticket number related to the support issue. If you have not yet submitted a support issue, select the Support Center option, log into the Support Center, and then select the Submit a ticket link.
