Several infrastructure requirements must be met prior to configuring eBillingHub for use with your firm.
Requirements for each Workstation running eBillingHub
· Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 2.0 or higher must be installed
· The eBillingHub registry value and Internet Explorer permissions must be set
· Access to the firm's Time and Billing system
System-wide Requirements
· Group policy should allow ActiveX permissions for the Trusted sites zone
· Spam email filtering should allow emails from igdsystems.com and eBillinghub.com
· Proxy server settings should allow communication with eBillinghub.com
· All eBillingHub users must be able to write to the shared eBilling folder for storing invoice files
Time and Billing System Requirements
· Read-only credentials to access the firm's Time and Billing system
