Help topics in this section provide instructions for several eBillingHub tools for tracking invoices and their associated emails. Even if automatic invoice submission isn't available for a particular client, you can still use eBillingHub to format, validate and track these invoices.
Here's a brief description of each tracking tool:
· Active Invoices
Use this tool as your primary source of information for active invoices once they've been submitted through eBillingHub. An active invoice is any submitted invoice that has not been paid in full.
· Profile Emails
Use this tool to search incoming emails, review a list of unprofiled emails (those not related to an invoice) and relate them to one or more invoices, and forward emails to specified users.
· Invoice History
Use this tool to view the date and time of each status change for an invoice as it was processed through eBillingHub. You can also view the status of paid invoices that are no longer viewable in Active Invoices.
