To allow eBillingHub components to be downloaded and run on a workstation, a registry value and Internet Explorer permissions must be set. These settings are configured by running a Microsoft Installer (MSI) package for Microsoft .Net Framework.

|
These configuration settings are usually configured during the initial eBillingHub implementation process. Windows updates or a change in group policy will occasionally remove the configuration, requiring you to run the MSI package again to reset the registry value and permissions.
|
To download and run the MSI package, follow these steps:
1. Select Downloads from the Configuration menu.
2. Click the following link:
Configuration Utility MSI for .Net Framework 2.0 and up
This action displays a Download File screen similar to the following:

3. Click Run if you want to configure the registry value and Internet Explorer permissions for the workstation you're currently using. Click Save to save a copy of the MSI package to run at a later time, or to copy it to another workstation computer.

|
If the MSI package does not run to completion due to security settings at your firm, download and run the Install_eBillingHubSettings.bat batch file as instructed here. Contact eBillingHub Customer Support if you require assistance.
