The Billing Wizard and Quick Invoice validation step lets you attach files to an invoice email if the client associated with the invoice has been mapped to the eBillingHub Free Form email client or the vendor has been set up in eBillingHub with the ability to accept attachments. A paper clip icon next to the invoice number indicates this capability.
|
If the client mapping includes the No Ledes File format option, eBillingHub creates an HTML file containing the words, No Ledes File. When the invoice is submitted in the Billing Wizard or Quick Invoice, this file is not included in the email sent to the recipient; however, it is viewable in Active Invoices.
