The eBillingHub Home Page is the first screen you see after logging in to eBillingHub. You can also access this screen by selecting Home from the Main menu.
The Home Page contains three tabs: News, Status and Recent Client Setups.
News
Displays important announcements about eBillingHub and its supported vendors. Check these announcements each time you log in for the latest eBillingHub news, product features and enhancements.
Status
Displays a count of the number of Active Invoices in each status, the number of clients mapped to eBillingHub clients, and the number of configured eBilling vendors.
Recent Client Setups
Displays the last ten clients added to the list of supported eBillingHub clients. Three additional links appear at the bottom of this screen:
· More lists clients that have been added in the last three months.
· View all Clients shows the entire client list. (You can also view this list by selecting Supported Formats from the Main menu.)
· Request New Client displays a request form to add a client that is not on the supported client list. (You can also request this form by selecting Customer Support from the Help menu.)
