Rejection Levels Trends

This dashboard gives you a graphical snapshot of rejected invoices as a percentage of all submitted invoices. The percentage reflects all invoices rejected at any time in the invoice history, regardless of the current status of the invoices. When you select the Rejection Levels Trends from the Management tab, the report is generated automatically using default values. Follow the steps below to run the report with different selection criteria.

Use the Rejection Levels Trends dashboard to determine:

·         How many invoices were rejected during a specific time period

·         The monetary amount of rejected invoices

·         Which recipients and vendors reject invoices the most

To generate the dashboard, follow these steps:

1.      Select Reports/Dashboards from the Reports menu.

2.      Select Rejection Levels Trends from the Management tab.

3.      By default, the dashboard displays with the date range prepopulated as one year prior to the current date. To change the date range, click in the date fields and type the desired date.

4.      Select how to aggregate the data:

Recipient:

By eBillingHub supported recipients, each of which may map to multiple clients with rejected invoices

Vendor:

By eBilling vendors that processed the rejected invoices

5.      Click Refresh to generate a graph based on your selections. Rejection percentages are shown as a red bar.

6.      Double-click on a bar to see detailed rejection data for the displayed recipient or vendor. The following table describes the rejection data dashboard columns:
