Synchronizing Invoices

 

 

 

The Billing Wizard lets you remove clients from the Client List that do not have active invoices pending for submission to an eBilling vendor. This cleanup function is accomplished by synchronizing active invoice information between your Time and Billing system and eBillingHub.

 

To synchronize active invoices, follow these steps:

 

1.      On the Billing Wizard Step 1 or Step 2 screen, click the  button. This action displays the following message:

 

 

2.      Click OK to perform the synchronization. When it completes, the Billing Wizard screen automatically refreshes with the updated client list.
