The Profile Emails results list identifies profiled emails with the icon. Profiled emails are emails that have been matched to an invoice automatically by eBillingHub, or manually by a user with the Profile Emails tool. This topic explains how to relate one or more additional invoices to a profiled email. Click here for instructions on relating an invoice to a unprofiled email.
To relate an invoice to a profiled email, follow these steps:
1. Generate the emails list as instructed here.
2. Click the magnifying glass icon next to the profiled email you want to relate to an invoice. (If the list does not contain any profiled emails, click the Display Profiled checkbox and then click the Get Emails button.) This action displays the Display Email screen with a list of invoices related to this email.

3. Click Add Invoice to refresh the Display Email screen with the following Add New Invoice fields.

4. Click the magnifying glass icon next to the Firm Invoice # field to display a search criteria box.
5. Enter search criteria for the invoice you want to relate to this email. Valid search criteria includes the invoice number, part of the matter name or the matter number.
6. Click the Search button to display the search results based on your search criteria.
7. Select the invoice to relate to this email by clicking its green check mark in the Select column of the search results list.

8. Use the email text as a reference to select the current status of the invoice from the Status list box:

9. Enter a tracking number for the invoice (optional step).
10. Click the Update button. eBillingHub then updates the invoice status to your selection and adds the email to the invoice record.
11. Click the Add Invoice button if you want to relate another invoice to this email; otherwise click the Close icon to close the screen.
