Viewing an Email History

 

 

 

The Email History shows the users to whom an email was sent, the date and time it was sent and the reason it was sent. You can view the history of any email in the Profile Emails list.

 

To view an email's history, follow these steps:

 

1.      Generate the emails list as instructed here.

2.      Click the History icon  in the Profile Emails list for the desired email. This action displays the email's history record in a separate pop-up screen.

The Reason Sent column shows one of the following values:

 

Reason Sent

Means...

Blanket Email

The email was not profiled and was sent to these users because their User Profile is set to receive blanket emails.

Hand Manually

The email was manually forwarded to these users from the Profile Emails module.

Related to Invoice

The email was profiled and automatically forwarded to the user because the user submitted the invoice related to the email.

  User Wants All

The email was forwarded to these users because their User Profile is set to receive all emails.

  No Reason Provided

No reason was provided for sending the email.

 

3.      Click the Print icon  to print the history. To close the Email History screen, click the Close icon .
