This report is a statement of eBillingHub usage for the specified year. Use this report along with the Usage History report to compare eBillingHub charges against actual eBillingHub usage. Note that an invoice appears on these reports only once (when it was first submitted through eBillingHub), regardless of any subsequent activity.
To generate the report, follow these steps:
1. Select Reports/Dashboards from the Reports menu.
2. Select Yearly Statement from the Management tab.
3. Select the desired year from the list box.
4. Select a currency from the list box. Only invoices in the selected currency will be included in the report.
5. Select ascending or descending order for displaying the client names. (The report is grouped by client name.)
6. Click Submit to generate the report based on your selections. The following table describes the report columns.

The eBillingHub client name to which your client is mapped.

Fees

The total fees (and fee adjustments) for all invoices for the client.

Expenses
|
The total expenses (and expense adjustments) for all invoices for the client.

Invoice Amount
|
The total fees, expenses, taxes and adjustments for all invoices for the client.
|
Total Invoices
|
The total number of invoices processed through eBillingHub for the client in the specified year.
|
Total Vendors
|
The total number of eBilling vendors through which this client was billed.
