Step 4: Review Submission Report

 

 

 

This last step in Quick Invoice lets you review a report of the invoices that were just submitted to eBilling vendors or clients.

 

To review and check the status of submitted invoices, follow these steps:

 

1.      Check the Submission Report for any invoices that must be manually uploaded from eBillingHub and submitted to eBilling vendors. These invoices are identified by a letter icon in the Status column:

2.      Click the  button to display the Active Invoices screen where you can check real-time status information for the invoices you just submitted. Depending on the eBilling vendor, invoices will normally show an ebilled or rejected status.

 

If an invoice remains in received status for more than one hour, there may be a problem with the submission process. Contact Custom Support if this situation occurs.
