This report displays all active invoices that underwent a status change since the selected date.
Use the Active Invoices Summary report to determine:
· The current status of an invoice
· How long an invoice has been in its current status
· Which eBillingHub user submitted the invoice
To generate the report, follow these steps:
1. Select Reports/Dashboards from the Reports menu.
2. Select Active Invoices Summary from the Billing or Collections tab.
3. Use the interactive calendar to select a date range for the report. The date you select is the start of the date range up to the current date.

To include all active invoices in the report, run Active Invoices and use the date of the oldest invoice as the Start Date.

4. Select a status from the list box to filter the data by that status, or select ALL to view all statuses.
5. Select a currency from the list box. Only invoices in the selected currency will be included in the report.
6. Select a sort option from the list box for displaying the data. Options correspond to the columns in the report display.
7. Select ascending or descending order for displaying the sort option data.
8. Click Submit to generate the report based on your selections. The following table describes the report columns.

The total fees (and fee adjustments) for the invoice.

Expenses

The total expenses (and expense adjustments) for the invoice.

The total amount of all fees, expenses, and adjustments for the invoice.

Status
|
The current status of the invoice in eBillingHub.
|
Status Date
|
The date of the most recent status change for the invoice in eBillingHub.
|
Matter Id
|
A unique number in the firm's Time and Billing system that identifies the matter associated with this invoice.
|
Matter Name
|
The name of the matter in the firm's Time and Billing system.
|
Client #
|
A unique number that identifies a client.
|
Client
|
The name of the client associated with the invoice.
|
User
|
The eBillingHub user who submitted the invoice to eBillingHub.
