                This help topic explains how to use the Advanced eBilling Editor to edit information for timekeepers (law firm personnel) who perform a fee or expense-related service for a matter.  
                  
                Timekeeper Data 
                  
                Editable data in the Timekeepers workspace includes: 
                  
                
                  
                    
                      | 
                         Initials: 
                       | 
                      
                         The timekeeper's initials or other identifying code used at your firm. This code can be any alphanumeric character (5 character maximum). For example, JMH, 1002, XX11, ALEX1, SAM07. 
                       | 
                     
                    
                      | 
                         Title: 
                       | 
                      
                         The timekeeper's professional title. For example, Partner, Paralegal, Associate. 
                       | 
                     
                    
                      | 
                         Rate: 
                       | 
                      
                         The amount charged per hour for the timekeeper's services. 
                       | 
                     
                    
                      | 
                         Last Name: 
                       | 
                      
                         The timekeeper's last name. 
                       | 
                     
                    
                      | 
                         First Name: 
                       | 
                      
                         The timekeeper's first name.

                To edit data in the Timekeepers workspace, follow these steps: 
                  
                1.      Right-click in the row of timekeeper data you want to edit and select the Edit record option.  
                  
                This action displays the Edit Timekeeper screen:

                2.      Edit the timekeeper data by overwriting the existing text, and then click OK. This action refreshes the Timekeepers list with your edits. 
                3.      Continue updating additional invoice data (law firm data, invoice information, matter details, fees, expenses, extended fields, adjustments) if desired. If you are finished making changes, click Save to display the following message:

                4.      Click OK to close the message screen.
